Returns and exchange

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please don't hesitate to contact us via 

Necklaces, bracelets and adjustable rings can generally be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied.

Items which are custom sized (like rings or commissioned pieces) or subject to hygiene issues (like pierced earrings) cannot automatically be returned, unless faulty.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer unless it is faulty. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

 How to process a return:

1. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging. Worn, damaged items will unfortunately not be refunded.

2. Contact us at to tell us about your intention to return and explain the reason. This must be done within 14 days of reception of your order.

3. Ship the item with tracked and signed-for delivery with the carrier of your choice to the address in your invoice.

Please note that the product will remain as your property until we have received and checked the return. If we don’t receive your product, we will not be able to process your exchange or refund, therefore please make sure you book the appropriate shipping service with tracking service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
